Promotional Offers & Exchange Policy

All promotional offers are valid only during their respective promotional periods and cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively to prior purchases.
The offer applicable at the time of purchase will remain valid for that transaction and cannot be altered once the order is confirmed.
Promotional terms (such as discounts or free product offers) may change from time to time at the company’s discretion and apply only to new purchases made during the respective promotional window.
All Sale items and promotional purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
As a gesture of goodwill, in rare cases where an exchange is accepted, it will strictly adhere to the terms and value of the original purchase offer and no adjustments can be made to match newer promotional offers.

All customised / made-to-order products (including but not limited to personalised jewellery, customised designs, engraved items, or special requests) are created exclusively for the customer based on their specifications.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, custom orders are final sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
Any changes to a custom order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production will begin and changes cannot be accommodated.
Production timelines for custom orders will be clearly communicated at the time of order and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the issue. We will evaluate and provide a suitable resolution as per company policy.
Please note: Variations in colour, texture, or minor differences are natural in handcrafted products and do not constitute a defect.

• Return / Exchange

All sales are final, Please take your time before placing an order.

Currently return of product is not available.

Replacement of product in case of any manufacturing defects. Should be informed within 3 days of delivery of the product.

In case of non availability of the product a full refund will be issued.

Delivery of products

Purchases are shipped from our own- or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5-7 working days (for Metro cities, in India) and 10-15 working days (for non-Metro cities, in India) from receipt of order and payment depending on the delivery address. Delivery challan/invoice attached to the Product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address mentioned by you at the time of order.

We do not take any responsibility for products signed by any other person other than you who have placed an order for the product.

We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses provided during order placing.

Cancellation

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same day delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that our marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
